Caddo Lake is 26,800 acres and maximum depth is 20 feet. The water controlling authority is the US Army Corp of Engineers. Caddo Lake is the only natural lake in Texas. On the Texas side of Caddo Lake is in Marion and Harrison counties.
Lake O'The Pines 19,780 acres with a maximum depth 49.5 feet 25 miles northeast of Longview in Marion, Morris, Upshur, and Camp counties. Water controlling authority is US Army Corp of Engineers.
