Debbie has an AAS in Business Management, a real estate broker license, Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS) and a certified Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS). Debbie currently serves as an Ambassador with the Cedar Creek Lake Area Chamber of Commerce and past Texas A&M president and treasurer of the local A&M Mothers club.

Bruce has 35 years management and construction experience in the lumber/building material industry. Moving into real estate sales was an easy transition. His skills and attention to detail in reading a blueprint, the home construction process, and negotiating a contract, is at your disposal. Bruce spent his life in customer service, sales, and management. Bruce currently serves as a board member on the Gun Barrel City Chamber of Commerce. He has served as a member of Cedar Creek Lake Rotary Club, past vice president of the Greater Cedar Creek Lake Chamber of Commerce, and Mabank Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
